During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the charming and cozy design of the rooms, furnished with natural wood and elegant decor. the location, nestled in the heart of the Carpathian Mountains, also offered the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway in nature. the staff's exceptional service was evident in the delicious local products and dishes served for breakfast.

the convoluted drive to reach the hotel was a bit difficult to navigate at times, and some small details like the lack of milk for coffee or tea and the absence of enough cutlery could have been easily resolved with more attention to detail.

Nestled in the heart of Transylvania, this charming hotel is like a trip back in time to a museum, with its natural wood furniture and elegant carpeting. You can feel the fresh mountain air and enjoy the stunning scenery around you. the rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable with high quality and spacious bathrooms. the helpful and attentive staff is very friendly with exceptional service. Breakfast is a delicious feast of traditional Romanian food, with a variety of dishes included. the balcony renews your soul with beautiful views of the surrounding area, and the parking is very convenient.

There were no insect screens in the windows to ward off the pesky bugs.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it was away from the main road and very close to the forest. The hotel facilities were also top-notch - my room was designed like a museum, with beautiful natural wood furniture and red carpet on the floor. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the staff ensured that all areas of the hotel were well taken care of. Additionally, the breakfast was very tasty, featuring a variety of delicious local dishes. Finally, the staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay.

For us it was ideal.

Great location surrounded by nature and forest, perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. The breakfast buffet was superb with plenty of traditional dishes on offer. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough, which gave a sense of freedom.

Finding the hotel was a hassle with confusing roads and few signs. The furniture in the room was outdated and could use some refreshing. Lastly, the lack of insect screens on the windows made it impossible to open them without letting in bugs. Not exactly what you expect when trying to enjoy nature.
